Faculty may place material on reserve at anytime during a semester. A reserve request form indicating the instructor’s name, the course the reserve is for, the circulation time for the materials, and other helpful information needs to accompany the materials. The reserve materials should be given to the circulation coordinator at the Napier campus or the main office personnel at Bertrand Crossing campus. Reserve request forms are also available at both campuses.

Faculty should obtain copyright approval for any materials not covered under “ fair use” guidelines before they place materials on reserve.
