Learn the art, science and business of wine
If you enjoy wine, you know every glass tells a story – of the soil, the grapes, the atmosphere and the aging. Have you ever wanted to help write that story? You can – and you don’t have to travel across the country. We asked Southwest Michigan’s best wineries to help us create a hands-on, all-inclusive winemaking program. In fact, it's the first and only commercial teaching winery in the Midwest.
Michigan alone has more than 100 wineries making $300 million of economic impact. You’ll learn from industry experts both in the classroom and at our commercial-sized facility. Plus, you’ll gain valuable experience working with local wineries. From grape growing to winemaking through tasting room managing, this program covers every part of the industry.
