Elaina joined LMC in June 2012. Her focus is helping high school seniors navigate the enrollment process. Her primary recruitment territory includes Bridgman, Coloma, Eau Claire, Lakeshore, St. Joseph, and Watervliet high schools. She also works with early college (direct credit) students, coordinates group campus visits, and co-chairs the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Elaina loves working with students and sharing all LMC has to offer throughout the community. She graduated from St. Joseph High School and completed her bachelor's in international business at Alma College. In her spare time, she coaches girls and boys high school diving at Bridgman High School. She also a hardcore rock/metal enthusiast and a world traveler.
