As the Institutional Compliance and Evaluation Analyst at Lake Michigan College, Kathy is responsible for institutional compliance reporting at the state and federal level working closely with Institutional Research partners and other key staff throughout the College. The compliance process is ongoing and Kathy works to establish processes that consistently and accurately monitor all compliance activities for the College and mitigate compliance risk issues. Kathy also handles all internal and external evaluation and survey work for LMC. Kathy has over 35 years of experience working in higher education and has been with Lake Michigan College since October, 1986 serving in a variety of professional settings.

Kathy holds an Associate Degree in Applied Business from Lake Michigan College. She is also a member of the Michigan Collaborative for Community Colleges (MCCCARE) and Michigan Community College Data and Evaluation Committee (MCCDEC) and works with many state and national organizations on data.
