Currently serves as the Director of Culture and Talent Success. Her areas of responsibility include professional development, employee engagement, wellness and service. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from Spring Arbor University and earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Siena Heights University.
