Pat Pomeroy is originally from Berrien County and has stayed close to her roots. After spending 33 years working for the State of Michigan, Department of Human Services, in various positions from unit clerk to computer operator to case worker, she retired. After a year off, she accepted part-time employment with Lake Michigan College in the Financial Aid Department. She has since transferred to the Finance Department and currently works in the Business Office as a cashier and accounts receivable assistant.

Pat was a member of Phi Theta Kappa and graduated from Southwestern Michigan College with an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting
