I am a pert time business faculty instructor at LMC. My full time position is as the Public Information Coordinator for the Allegan Area ESA.

I have been actively involved in business technology and creating new media since the 1970s. I’ve worked at a variety of radio and television stations, producing programming for local, regional and national markets. I ran my own media and event production company, servicing corporations, non-profit agencies, and educational institutions. My wife owns a cake shop in Grand Rapids and I do all the marketing for that company.

I served as the Mideast Region Vice President for the National School Public Relations Association from 2016-19 and am a current board member of the Michigan School Public Relations Association. I have also served on the boards of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Central Michigan University School of Broadcasting, and Media Communicators Association International.

In addition to my daily work, I’m also a film maker and avid traveler. For exercise I am a long distance cyclist and have participated in charity bike rides across the country.

I hold a Bachelor of Applied Arts Degree in Broadcast and Cinematic Arts from Central Michigan University. My wife Mary and I have three adult children.
