The Lake Michigan College Intercollegiate Athletics program has a proud history of excellence. Each year, our student-athletes participate in an education-based system using athletics as a tool to build successful life skills. Our rich tradition dates back to 1946 when athletics were introduced at Benton Harbor Junior College (now LMC). Lake Michigan College is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and the Michigan Community College Athletic Association (MCCAA).
