Elaina joined LMC in June 2012. Her focus is helping high school seniors navigate the enrollment process. Her primary recruitment territory includes Bridgman, Coloma, Eau Claire, Lakeshore, St. Joseph, and Watervliet high schools. She also works with early college (direct credit) students, coordinates group campus visits, and co-chairs the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Elaina loves working with students and sharing all LMC has to offer throughout the community. She graduated from St. Joseph High School and completed her bachelor's in international business at Alma College. In her spare time, she coaches girls and boys high school diving at Bridgman High School. She also a hardcore rock/metal enthusiast and a world traveler.

Meghan is a Lake Michigan College alumni. After she graduated, she was fortunate enough to have the wonderful opportunity to serve LMC students in the Records and Registration Department as a Records Generalist. Within the department, Meghan evaluates transcripts, processes verifications and other various forms for students, answers inquiries via phone and email, and maintains student records. She also assists with registration at the One Stop.

Dr. Cara Peterman is a fluvial geomorphologist. She has a wide range of fluvial geomorphological interests with an emphasis on understanding the effects that natural and or human-induced perturbations have on water-resources and soils, in addition to how global climate change are impacting water availability and quality.

Pat Pomeroy is originally from Berrien County and has stayed close to her roots. After spending 33 years working for the State of Michigan, Department of Human Services, in various positions from unit clerk to computer operator to case worker, she retired. After a year off, she accepted part-time employment with Lake Michigan College in the Financial Aid Department. She has since transferred to the Finance Department and currently works in the Business Office as a cashier and accounts receivable assistant.

Pat was a member of Phi Theta Kappa and graduated from Southwestern Michigan College with an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting

Dr. Scott L. Pratt brings a wealth of expertise as a Chief Information Officer (CIO), holding a Ph.D. in Psychology from Northcentral University. His academic journey includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA), reflecting his commitment to a multidisciplinary approach.

Beyond his educational achievements, Scott is a Certified Scrum Professional-Scrum Master (CSP-SM), showcasing his proficiency in agile methodologies and effective project management. His background in psychology adds a unique dimension to his role, enabling him to seamlessly integrate human behavior insights with technological solutions.

In his capacity as CIO, Scott strategically aligns information systems with organizational objectives, driving efficiency and innovation. His dynamic skill set and dedication to professional growth position him as a standout leader at the intersection of psychology and technology.
